A Tulipa only has access to and retains the following information about its visitors:
a) The domain name of the ISP that allows you to access the network, to compile statistics on the countries and servers that visit our website most frequently.
b) The date and time of access to our website. To find out the peak hours, and thus make necessary adjustments to avoid congestion problems.
c) The internet address from which the link that directs you to our website originated. Thanks to this information, we can know the level of effectiveness of the different banners and links that point to our server, with the aim of boost those that offer the best results.
d) The number of daily visitors in each section. Allowing to know the most successful areas and increase and improve their content, in order to satisfy the increasingly demanding needs of our visitors.
All information is completely anonymous and in no case can it be associated with a specific and identified visitor.
2. Processing of personal data
The information contained in that database is used both for the correct identification of users who request personalized services at www.atulipa.com, and to perform of statistical studies of users registered on the site so that we can improve the services provided, carry out basic administration tasks and being able to communicate incidences, offers or news via email.
A Tulipa assumes technical, organizational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality of personal information introduced by visitors in accordance with Law No. 10/91 and all applicable legislation.
A Tulipa reserves the right not to provide the requested services to all those who provide false information.
Any registered visitor can at any time exercise the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data previously entered in our database. To do this, just send an email with the request to rectify or delete the data to marketing@atulipa.com.
